This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a driven individual who can lead from the front and build a capable team from day one.

The role begins in August and offers an excellent long-term pipeline of work, particularly appealing to professionals seeking European rotation (10 days on / 4 days off) and the ability to work either staff or contract through a UK or EU-based Ltd Company.

  • Coordinate closely with the client, consultants, and internal teams to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, driving performance, HSEQ compliance, and logistics planning.
  • Monitor and manage project risk, change control, and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering roofing, cladding, or façade packages (data centre experience not essential but beneficial).
  • Track record of leading large-scale envelope or external works packages.
  • Comfortable building and managing site teams on high-spec projects from the ground up.
  • Capable of managing client and stakeholder interfaces on demanding programmes.
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in Frankfurt on a 10:4 rotation.
  • EU passport preferred, but UK nationals also considered.
  • Able to work full-time on-site, starting August.

    • Accommodation & flights included
  • Ltd Company / Freelance Option:
    • ~€550/day + accommodation & flights
    • Or ~€750/day all-in (freelancer responsible for own housing/travel)
